How to Avail Cashless Admission
Document Submission
Submit your health card, policy copy, identity cards (Aadhar, PAN), and clinical prescription at our dedicated Insurance Helpdesk at least 48 hours prior to planned surgery.
Pre-Authorization Request
Our billing executives will initiate the pre-authorization request with your insurance company or TPA, sharing diagnostic and surgical estimation files.
Approval Processing
The TPA audits the case and issues an initial approval limit (usually takes 3 to 12 hours depending on the insurer). We will notify you once approval is received.
Discharge & Final Query
Upon surgical completion, final bills are sent for final claim clearance. The patient may need to pay non-medical expenses (e.g. food, specific consumables) if excluded by the policy.
